    Trademarks

This page sets out the trademark position for Trepeat: which marks we own, which third-party marks we use descriptively, and how to report misuse.

    1. Our Marks

Trepeat is a trademark of Trepeat, a Malta sole trader. The Trepeat word mark, the Trepeat logo, and the tagline "Trade once. Repeat everywhere." are not yet registered trademarks, but we assert and enforce our common-law rights in these marks, which are protected by trademark and unfair-competition laws in Malta and other jurisdictions where the Service is offered.

You may not use any of these marks, or any confusingly similar mark, in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with Trepeat without our prior written consent. Editorial, journalistic, and nominative-fair-use references (for example, identifying our product in a review or comparison) are permitted provided they are accurate and do not falsely imply endorsement.

    2. Third-Party Marks

Other product and company names referenced on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. Their inclusion is purely descriptive — to identify the platforms with which Trepeat interoperates — and does not imply any endorsement, partnership, or official certification by those owners.

    • MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, MT4, MT5 are trademarks of MetaQuotes Ltd.
    • Stripe is a trademark of Stripe, Inc.
    • Amazon Web Services, AWS are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
    • Cloudflare is a trademark of Cloudflare, Inc.
    • Supabase is a trademark of Supabase, Inc.
    • MetaAPI is a trademark of its respective owner.

Any other third-party mark referenced on the site remains the property of its owner and is used here only as needed to identify the relevant product or service.

    3. Brokers and Prop Firms

Where we mention specific brokers or proprietary-trading firms, the reference is descriptive or factual only — for example, to indicate that Trepeat can connect to MetaTrader accounts hosted by that broker. Trepeat is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any specific broker or prop firm unless that relationship is explicitly stated.

    4. Reporting Misuse

If you believe someone is using a Trepeat mark in a way that suggests false affiliation, infringes our rights, or trades on the goodwill of our brand — including unauthorised "Trepeat" branding on competing services — report it to contact@trepeat.com with a link to the offending material and a brief description. We review every report and will pursue takedown, cease-and-desist, or further legal action where appropriate.

    5. Reporting Trademark Claims Against Us

If you are a trademark owner and believe content on trepeat.com or app.trepeat.com infringes your rights, send a written notice to contact@trepeat.com identifying the mark, the allegedly infringing content (with URLs), and your contact details.

    6. Changes to This Notice

We may update this Notice from time to time. When we make a material change we will revise the "Last updated" date above and notify registered users by email before the change takes effect. Continued use of Trepeat after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Notice.

    7. Contact

Trademark questions or licensing enquiries: contact@trepeat.com.

We use privacy-friendly product analytics (PostHog, EU-hosted, IP-anonymised) to understand how Trepeat is used. Essential cookies for sign-in are always on. You can change this anytime. Cookie Policy
