    Refund Policy

    This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for paid subscriptions to Trepeat, operated by Trepeat, a Malta sole trader. It applies to all plans purchased through app.trepeat.com. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.

    1. 14-Day Free Trial

    Every new account begins with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial, but you will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel at any point during the trial directly from within the application — no charge will be made and nothing needs to be refunded.

    2. Monthly Subscriptions

    Once the trial ends and a subscription begins, monthly fees are non-refundable. The Service is a digital service supplied immediately on subscription; because it is made available and substantially performed during the billing period, fees for a started period are not refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the application or via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (Stripe records the change as cancel_at_period_end), and you continue to have full access to the Service until that period ends. No partial-month refunds are issued.

    After cancellation takes effect, your repeaters stop and your data is retained, then deleted, in accordance with the retention periods set out in our Privacy Policy. You can export your trade history to CSV from within the application at any time before deletion.

    3. Annual Subscriptions

    Annual subscriptions are non-refundable except in the following narrow circumstance: if you cancel within 14 days of the renewal date AND no MetaTrader account was connected to your workspace during that 14-day window (this annual-refund window is separate from, and unrelated to, the 14-day free-trial period), we will issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of the annual term. Outside of those conditions, the annual fee is not refundable.

    If you connect a MetaTrader account at any point after renewal, the renewal is treated as accepted and the prorated-refund window closes immediately, regardless of whether the 14 days have elapsed.

    4. Extra Account Slots

    Plans include a fixed number of MetaTrader account slots. Where you purchase additional slots beyond your plan allowance, you pay in advance — Stripe charges a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period at purchase, then the slot is billed at its full monthly rate (currently US$12 per month per extra MetaTrader account slot) alongside your base plan from the next renewal. Slot purchases are non-refundable, including where the slot was used briefly or never connected to a broker account. To stop being billed for an extra slot, manage your subscription items via the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from the Settings page before your next renewal date.

    5. Statutory Rights

    Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer right you have under applicable law, including the right of withdrawal granted to consumers in the European Union under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Where such rights apply, they prevail over this policy to the extent of any conflict.

    For EU consumers, the Service is digital content / a digital service. By starting the paid Service within the 14-day withdrawal period you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once supply has begun, as permitted by Article 16(m) of the Directive. This is explained in section 6 of our Terms of Service. Where the right of withdrawal has not been validly waived, EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days for a full refund.

    6. How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund covered by this policy, email support@trepeat.com from the email address registered on your account, with the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

    7. Disputes and Chargebacks

    If you have a billing concern, contact support@trepeat.com first — most issues are resolved within a single email exchange. Initiating a chargeback with your card issuer without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and the disputed funds may be withheld pending resolution with the card network. Repeated or abusive chargebacks are treated as a breach of the Terms of Service.

    8. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make a material change we will revise the "Last updated" date above and notify registered users by email before the change takes effect. Continued use of Trepeat after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
