    Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the activities that are not permitted on Trepeat. It supplements the Terms of Service and applies to every user of trepeat.com and app.trepeat.com. Breach of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.

    1. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to do, attempt, or facilitate any of the following:

    • Engage in any unlawful trading activity, including market manipulation, insider dealing, wash trading, spoofing, layering, or money laundering.
    • Copy or redistribute trading signals, strategies, or proprietary methodologies that you do not own or have not been licensed to redistribute.
    • Share a single user account with multiple individuals, or operate a Trepeat account on behalf of someone else without our prior written consent.
    • Connect, or attempt to connect, a broker or trading account that you do not own or are not lawfully authorised to operate for your own benefit — or use the Service to receive, manage, or act on trade signals for, or to manage the accounts or money of, any third party. Trepeat replicates trades between accounts under your own ownership or authority; it is not a service for managing other people's trading.
    • Resell, sublicense, white-label, or otherwise commercially redistribute the Service to third parties without a written commercial agreement with us.
    • Use the Service to circumvent the terms of service of any broker, prop firm, or exchange to which you have agreed.
    • Probe, scan, brute-force, denial-of-service, or otherwise abuse our public APIs, scrape pages or data programmatically, or generate excessive automated load beyond ordinary product use.
    • Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, web shells, or any other malicious code, including code embedded in uploaded files.
    • Attempt to access another user's account, data, broker credentials, or trade history; attempt to bypass row-level security or any other access control.
    • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits this restriction to be excluded.
    • Use the Service in any way that infringes the intellectual property rights of Trepeat or any third party.
    • Post, upload, or transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or abusive content, or impersonate Trepeat, our staff, or any other person.

    2. One User per Account

Each Trepeat account is for the use of a single named individual. Account credentials must not be shared, sold, leased, or transferred. We do not permit the same individual to operate multiple Trepeat accounts to extend free trials, evade billing, or circumvent plan limits. Where we identify duplicate accounts under common control, we may consolidate or terminate them at our discretion.

Each broker or trading account you connect must be one that you own, or are lawfully authorised to operate for your own benefit. When you connect an account you confirm this. The Service exists to replicate trades between accounts under your own ownership or authority — not to manage trades, accounts, or money for other people. Connecting a third party's account, or operating the Service as a money-management or signal service for others, is prohibited.

    3. Broker Terms Are Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Trepeat complies with the terms of service, dealing rules, and any other contractual obligations imposed by your broker. Some brokers prohibit third-party trade copying, certain forms of automation, or specific latency-sensitive strategies. We make no representation that your broker permits any particular use of Trepeat, and we are not responsible for any consequences arising from a breach of your broker agreement.

    4. Prop-Firm Users

Many proprietary-trading firms ("prop firms") prohibit copying trades between a funded account and a personal account, between two prop-firm evaluations, or to/from any other third-party account. Using Trepeat to copy trades into or out of a prop-firm account may breach that firm's rules and result in your funded account being revoked or forfeited.

Confirming the rules of any prop firm you trade with is your responsibility, not ours. We do not maintain a list of prop-firm policies, we do not advise on whether a particular configuration is allowed, and we accept no liability for any prop-firm action taken against you arising from your use of Trepeat.

    5. Reporting Abuse

If you believe a user is violating this AUP — for example by sharing account credentials, distributing malicious content, or using the Service to facilitate illegal activity — report it to support@trepeat.com with as much detail as you are able to provide. Suspected security vulnerabilities should be reported through our vulnerability disclosure policy instead.

    6. Enforcement

We use a graduated enforcement approach for most violations:

    • Warning — first or minor violation: an email explaining the issue and requesting that the activity stop.
    • Suspension — repeated or unresolved violation: account access is suspended pending review, with billing paused.
    • Termination — continued or serious breach: account permanently terminated and outstanding access revoked.

For severe violations — including illegal trading activity, fraud, chargebacks made in bad faith, attempted intrusion against our systems, or any conduct that creates a clear and present risk to other users — we may terminate immediately and without prior warning, retain any pre-paid fees as liquidated damages, and report the matter to law enforcement or to relevant regulators where appropriate.

We also reserve the right to suspend account or copier access immediately, pending review, where we reasonably suspect that a connected account is owned or operated by — or is being managed for — a third party, or is otherwise being used outside the single-owner basis described in section 2.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from a suspension or termination made in accordance with this AUP — including any open copied positions left unmanaged on your accounts, which remain your responsibility to monitor and close through your broker. Suspension and termination are also subject to the Terms of Service.

    7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make a material change we will revise the "Last updated" date above and notify registered users by email before the change takes effect. Continued use of Trepeat after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
